The United Veterans Memorial Day Parade starts at 9am on Monday, May 25! The parade starts in South Beloit on Blackhawk Blvd near Oakland and heads north to State Street in Beloit and ends on East Grand Avenue just before College Street and Horace White Park in Beloit. If you sit in the park, you will MISS the parade.

🚧Road Closures 🚧
- Blackhawk Blvd, State Street and East Grand Ave. will be closed for the parade.
- Bushnell Street near Horace White Park will also be closed for bus parking.

Things to know ℹ

- Floats and groups are encouraged to minimize parade gaps by keeping close to the group in front of you; please do not stop to perform.

- The parade has about 125 groups or floats participating in the parade; the parade will not be over until after the horses go past.

- No parking signs will be out along the parade route downtown and on Bushnell by Horace White Park Memorial Day weekend; they will be posted early to give warning for the parking restrictions and road closures on Monday.

- Parents, please watch your kids closely – no running near floats. If you're handing out candy, please hand it out – no throwing.

A big thank you to Police, Public Works, and Fire Departments in Beloit and South Beloit for helping keep everyone safe.

Let’s honor the brave men and women who gave their lives for our country. See you at the parade.
